Staff Travel Club have worked in the travel industry for many years and know how important it is to be looked after and receive discounted rates and as a company, we are seeking to expand our offering around the world.
Rates are provided on a request basis and are sent to our partners to check if they have space available at these heavily discounted rates, which are often fully refundable, with enough notice.
How it works…
You request the booking for your travel dates and provide the total number of passengers and rooms required.
The hotel then receives the booking and they can accept or deny the request or offer alternative dates or room types. This response will then get sent back to you.
You are requesting 2 times.
1st time is when the request is sent to the hotel to see if discounted Staff Travel Club rates are available (as it is all done on a request basis).
The 2nd time is confirming /accepting the hotels reply.
If Staff Travel Club rates are available for the dates requested, you will be asked to pay the deposit to secure your booking. If Staff Travel Club rates are unavailable, the booking will be rejected and canceled; please take a look at some of other hotels to check their availability.
Once confirmed and the deposit is paid, the remaining balance will then be required on check in.
The hotel will have your payment details on file and will be held to secure your booking. If you can no longer stay, please cancel and request a refund. If you no show, you will be charged the full amount.
Refunds are provided subject to terms and conditions of our policies + a admin fee being deducted.
Rates are offered on a fully refundable basis, unless otherwise stated and cancelation terms are clearly highlighted.
